According to econs, healthcare is market failure due to the presence of information failure and external benefits. well, is that really true? maybe due to the insufficient information and the fact that everyone is falling sick. well, had puffy eyes and headache and this and that .

started studying in the morning. how sad can life be? thanx kah huei for accompanying me ! i could use more of that. hehe!! (: den went to catch fireworks with my darling boy at raffles place. so pretty ! i got a video. but i dunno how to load. so yea! heheh ! so happy~! den we had satay! just commenting, Singaporeans ought to or should i say MUST learn their manners, it is DOUBLE embarrassing to see people fighting for seats at the food center. oh gosh. people should learn some manners in this small city. i'm disappointed

hahas. and so the jc life of studying is starting to get on the toll. i've never studied so much before and i have certainly never go out so little before =( .. the sad gurl leading a sad life. well, at least i went out on weds and today ! gosh . will vow no more slacking. haha! i wan my A's. i wan my dear's brain~! hehe. well, at least i passed maths :) good start . hahas.
