midnight joined some friends who had fair in Changi Village. it was super fun (: the whole group was wearing RL! feels at home with them! hahas. love love =D

this is a random post which i just feel like voicing my opinion on something in particular. went for a meeting just now and i learn a lot (: lets visit the topics on leaders.

someone told me" in order to grow in the right path, u need the right leaders " but how many of us are lucky enough to get the right leaders? oh well, i jump into business about a year ago, my experience is not a lot and the results have yet to be seen. but i've followed a few so called 'leaders'. some call them leaders, but i might have different opinions of them.

firstly, whoever is reading this post, it is entirely MY OPINIONS, if u feel something abt this post, u are allowed to think abt it and reflect it against ur own actions but NOT ALLOWED to comment on any of my COMMENTS. well, some people might feel that his post is insulting to them, but i DUN CARE (:

leaders only exists if they have followers, i have to stress on this point and in addition these followers must have their own followers with QUALITY, if not u are just a leader of a pile of no use followers? if u are a good leaders, grooming followers is a challenge and a wonderful task not a stressful one. let me dare say, i've seen 2 leaders lead. will not name any. if u feel that it is u. den reflect like i've mentioned.

1 is someone who have die hard followers but i dare say that these followers might have grown a little frm the day they started following and stagnated after some time ? the other is someone who is forever opening new opportunities to their followers ensuring that they grow much better each day. so which leader will u choose to follow ?

next, leaders dun brag what they have but they sought after what they dont have and ensure they achieve it. no matter how good u are in the field, its not for the leader to say but for the people around them to compliment. though in this field for only a year, i've seen more leaders brag rather than staying humble. achievements can be seen, there is no reason to brag that u have this and that and u earn this and that and u have this plan and that and u are someone of some status. its not important. because by doing that, one is just trying so hard to build an image/impression in someone rather than allowing the person to judge them by their ability.

just a personal experience that i was sick and tired of leaders braging that when u think back, they are average. nothing more nothing less. just humans with brains, getting them to work so u'll have money to support yourself for survival sake.

this point is by PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. a leader NEVER bring their own people down. no matter how scared u are of something bad happening. confront that person, instead of talking behind their back. cos what goes around comes around. how long can one escape from the fate of life ? hearing from one person is never enough, it takes 2 hands to clap but how come only one hand burdens everything ? and this point can classify the RIGHT leaders from the FAKE one.

some are born leaders, these people are born to lead, with the entire package - looks, charisma, brains, determintion, popularity etc.
some are made to be leaders, born normally. these people try very hard to make themself suite the leaders characteristics. but how many actually succeed ? so far, i've seen both category. its quite clear cut who are TRUE leaders.

talking about leaders, its quite sad that we have to believe that life is unfair. some leaders THINK they are popular. popular meaning well-liked. but sometimes its otherwise.

" you are only up there when people start talking about you " its when people start talking, not u trying to persuade people that u are up there. i made a lot of mistakes in the past, but i learn a lot. piecing the jigsaw puzzle was never difficult but finding the right piece was never easy.

i dare say that sometimes we are so blinded by the current situation that we lose out a lot of opportunities out in the world. some people think richard branson is a hero, others might think he's a bastard. there is always 2 sides to everything. but one thing that will never change is the comfort zone. staying too long in one thing, scared to explore into new stuff is one definition of COWARD. many people are like that.

i'm happy with my current situation now. i don't have to brag about the leaders that i have met. because people talk about them all the time. at this point of time, i'm VERY GRATEFUL to EVERYTHING that happen to me for the past 2 mths. because without any obstacles, i'll still be blinded and miss the greatest opportunity ever.

when i let go of something, there is no turning back. not because of paiseh or anything. i just dun turn back to eat the grass that i've licked before. for now, i'm moving on to much lusher grass with juicy morning juice. i'm happy with the way my life is going on. people acn comment everything and anything behind my back. i cannot be bothered any more. i just wanna achieve the team's goal and my dreams.

the boy came over this morning. it was so sickening when my phone reception is acting like an idoit.! argh! its like i wa suppose to meet him and have mac breakfast. at the end of the day , he couldn't call thru and i got up late and hai* no breakfast for us! :( sianx!!!!

but at least it gave us some personal time to talk! (: i love personal time with him. though i only had an hour. i'm ok with it though now missing u damn bad. hahas. enjoy shopping and movie.! hahas. anyone wanna catch twilight! i dunwan the boy to waste another $8 watching the same movie with me again! hee! (: i'm a good gf ok! wheee~!

its saturday finally !!! =) but sadly i got grounded this morning. argh! came back at 4 last night and got caught red handed by mummy . so suay!!! den she dun let me go out in the morning which made me feel horrible cos i wanted to play basketball with the guys! :( darling had to fetch me frm my place to seek permission to bring me out. argh! wth!!

they should at least give me a bit of freedom since its a brand new day! :( but i dun care. thanx to darling. i'm out again! :)

The lesson learned is to be happy in everything you do. and we must be sincere in everything we do. god is always fair, he will only give u the things u deserve. sometimes we face the down period of our lives, but god was never evil, he wuld definitely send u some friends who will stand by you dring this period of time (: hopefully, i can always be there when u need me (:

the week ended with the fair at Sengkang, Rivervale Mall. i must say that it started of awful but ended with a great wow ! (: left me and darren grinning for the rest of the night. thanx darren for the message. its really touching and i will remember everything u mentioned (:

I'm really happy - in the day when my boy picked me up for lunch, throughout the day cos my darling darren was a wonderful companion, and my love who spend the night with me consoling me (: i'm happy to have my friends who trust me now. thats all i need (:
